# Créer un bien

Ajouter un bien qui correspond au logement, à la salle que vous mettez en location.

Entrez aussi la monnaie à utiliser pour l'indication de la caution du bien.

### Dupliquer un bien

Pour dupliquer un bien similaire (comme un studio meublé, un mobil home par exemple), utilisez le menu contextuel en haut à droite de chaque bien :&#x20;

Cela créé un autre bien avec les mêmes zones et inventaires. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à changer son nom.
